Such ethical dilemmas demand an understanding of ethical decision-making. Dr. Timothy Campbell, a bioethicist at the Institute for Futures Studies in Stockholm, examines basic values and parameters of ethical decision-making in areas of immigration issues, use of technology, and substance use disorders.
